    Pros

Good learning place to get started

    Cons

    Very Strict.
Starting pay is well below what others are offering, even with experience.
    No free meals for employees
No benefits until after one year
    Hard to work full time

    Advice to Management

Upper management tends to move around a lot, so policies in procedures of how the company wants things done need to be communicated properly
