I have been working at Cracker Barrel part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It was the best place to work without a degree. You have the potential to make a lot of tips with all of the busy hours, which are breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Cons

Random hours, schedules were given out the Thursday before the weekend you are working so you can never plan anything in your personal life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management staff should not be two extremely different people when home office or district managers come to visit. When they leave everything is usually back to normal and everyone is getting screamed at, and I am not saying that some people do not deserve direction or correction, but should be handled in a different manner.
