Pros

very flexible schedule for hourly employees, opportunities for advancement, great regulars that become like family, great teamwork

Cons

too many long days for salaried managers, too many days in a row for managers, not given earned vacation, high management turnover, very little recognition, still the 'good old boy' network

Advice to Management

go back to the principles CB was founded under.....Pleasing People...that includes not only hourly employees, but your managers as well

    Pros

They usually pay pretty well. GM and ETC are great people to work with/for

    Cons

Terrible managerial treatment, which is always turned down to hourly staff, too much drama. Its like high school, but more hellish.

    Advice to Management

Your employees DON'T have to work for you. Stop acting like they have no choice. Just because you have a stack of applications in the back doesn't mean you have a stack of GOOD employees.
