I have been working at Cracker Barrel part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Co-Workers, pay, you can go up in the company, and I feel more cared for.

    Cons

If your percent of transactions for retail goes down then hours will be taken away, at the store I work at it's very hard to get hours when the boss decides to hire more people, there are meetings that if you talk about some problems about scheduling you will be talked about in an indirect way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give hours to those with more experience, and those that treat people right. We are only human and can only do so much, if someone doesn't want to buy something they don't want to buy. Also our life cannot revolve entirely around Cracker Barrel when a worker is only there one to two days there.
