I really enjoy working in Crate and Barrel, if you are a homemaker, a cook, or a decorator, you will love to work in Crate and Barrel, they constantly change the store layout, so you always feel like you are shopping in a new store. You can learn a lot of product knowledge here

Cons

Your hours should be as flexible as you possibly can be, it's retail, you only get to know your hours two weeks ahead of time, you may make a request to get specific time off. The hours are not stable and set for you to schedule other things.

Advice to Senior Management

Run some events to promote the business, maybe some decor class 101, how color match should work, entice customers with a class to use our products to decorate their house
