You are not treated as a person. Your every move is watched and monitored. No raises. The supervisers have favorites. they dont want anybody talking to each other. I felt like they was babysitting us.I have never been treated this bad at a company before. There are so many people hat are all stressed out but the supervisors did not care.

Advice to Senior Management

Take classes on how to be a superviser and not a drill seargent.
