Good work/life balance, good coworkers, management mostly free from micro-managing.
Cons
Benefits program a little weak, feel like compensation has stagnated compared to competitors, and promotion potential virtually nil. Not enough growth to support advancement into management for those who might be interested. Too much reliance on remote regional management without one specific manager office manager for the local branch.
