    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Great brand. Great product. Descent salary.

    Cons

1.Considering the frequent turnovers, you're considered a veteran if you last a year. Either you run like hell or another "turnover" causes your position to be eliminated. 2. He giveth he taketh away-One minute you're promoted with an office leading a team...next minute you've been demoted: back in a cubicle with a new boss(should you get to keep your job). 3.Management treats employees like pieces in a game: you're move around whenever and wherever they see fit. That would be a good thing if the moves were strategic/consistence with your skill set. 4.Everyone seem "nice" but BEWARE-Employees there are so paranoid/ fearful of job loss that they are constantly back stabbing each other.
