I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor

Pros

Aggressive advertising and email blasts

Cons

Poor way of doing business without any commitment from their customers or agents. Beware the "if they like it they will hire you" line. If you work for free-= that is the value people will put on it.

Most agencies that serve the creative community work on a 200% markup in general- so just know that going in.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better screening of agents would be helpful.

    Pros

    none. none. none. none. none

    Cons

Beware, just like a lot of staffing agencies, they drag you on to their office for an interview, promise tons and even call your references! Then they don't respond.

Good experience - good benefits, entry level salary but awesome commission opportunities.

I worked at Creative Circle full-time

    Pros

No nights or weekends or many emails outside of the work day. Guaranteed commission bonus offered for the first year of employment for AE's and Recruiters. Casual dress.

    Cons

As an AE, it takes a solid 6-9 months to really get ramped up, but the commission guarantee helps a lot. Open office environment - can be difficult to focus or hear clients/candidates on the phone when you're sitting next to someone who is also on the phone. Environment can be a little too structured for some.
