Credit Suisse – “Stay away from IT in Raleigh”

Good stepping stone to another job some where else.

Cons

No work life balance what-so-ever, you will work 80 hours a week, and weekends.
Salary is lower then other banks, bonus is a joke. Absolutly incompetent management, especially in IT in Raleigh.
The Raleigh office is an out sourcing initiative for the NY office. In Raleigh, people are just for cost savings, you have no career, and they do not care about you; you are only there because you are cheaper then someone in NY.

Advice to Senior Management

Go back to management training.
