Overall, the experience is not professionally fulfilling. There is no commitment and accountability from management.

I have been working at Credit Suisse

    Pros

Benefits and flexibility to work from home.

    Cons

Depending on the group, there is a lack of commitment to making the Bank a better place over-all. No accountability with projects, resistance to information sharing, "club" mentality still exists in certain groups. Longevity of management in their positions make the group dynamics stale and very little commitment to challenge more work and foster excellence.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Credit Suisse

    Pros

Generous Paternity Leave, Frequent Internal Training Opportunities, Good Knowledge Forum for info and skills sharing, Great Healthcare coverage and choices

    Cons

Limited Work-Life Balance Flexibility, Limited Advancement Opportunity, Limited Raise Annually due to market condition and company profit, Lay-off rounds per year when business go south and need to make accounting books look good, Poor Food Choices in Cafeteria

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put the advancement where the slogan is... CS claims to treasure organic growth, but rarely see promotion happens in CoE locations like Raleigh.
