    3. Open culture.
    4. Decent work life balance.

    Cons

    1. No regular transportation ( only after 10 pm though).
    2. CTC is a lot bloated, so you need to negotiate on more in-hand amount.
    3. Politics as in other companies.
    4. Personally, I felt there was a less quality of work for people in Technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to maintain the Open culture and ward off the growing politics.

I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Some competent people
    Pay and benefits are fair
    Self paced internal training available

    Cons

Too process driven, although to be fair is moving towards a more pragmatic balance.
Too much emphasis on belonging to the right group when it comes to promotion and job growth.
Top heavy management structure means career growth is stunted for those in middle...can also encourage senior management to get more hands on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get serious about grow your own... those who contribute in Asia should grow in Asia. Has been too much emphasis in past on cronyism- shuffling friends and family from Zurich into prime jobs in Singapore. This must stop in favor of a true meritocracy.
