    Pros

    Good summer program that enhances learning and skills development. Program provides opportunities for networking with peers, analysts and senior management through various projects and events.

    Cons

    Lack of role rotation does not allow for interns to explore other areas of work. Lack of infrastructure (e.g. work desk and working desktops) for interns.
