Pros

Paymaster. Excellent benefits. Good branding.

Advice to Management

Stop tolerating unprofessional behavior such as certain individuals shouting at others habitually Performance appraisal should not be solely decided by one line manager

I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is a gym on premise that offers memberships and massages at discounted rates.... That is about the only thing I still value at this place.

    Cons

I have been an employee for 6 years and over the past 2 years this place has really gone downhill. The mood is depressing, people are fired/rifed every week or leaving on their own due to the uncertainty. The salary's are below market and the bonuses have all but disappeared. They even cut our benefits last year because they claim we were over market in this area. Furthermore, it is very difficult to get a promotion. The process is not transparent and takes at least two years. However, the problem is that your manager or organization most likely will not last long enough to complete the process. My past two managers, both of whom have left the firm, have advised that in order to obtain a promotion it's best to change firms.

    Advice to Management

Improve your talent retention and salaries.
