I worked at Credit Suisse full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Loved the people and the organizatons. Everybody was willing to take a lunch meeting...even if they were senior leaders. This was critical to my development

Cons

divisions operate independently and do not provide many cross-divisonal opportunities

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to encourage mentoring between jr and sr employees, Make sure to do more cross-divisional activities at junior levels.

Former Employee - VP- Project Manager in Research Triangle Park, NC

I worked at Credit Suisse full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Amount of vacation
    Benefits are reasonable.

    Cons

Comp has gone downhill dramatically over the last few years. Bonuses have gone down. Salary increases are miniscule and in some cases, non-existent. Personal performance has little to do with comp. Culture is bad, RTP staff are treated like second-class citizens.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people in RTP better. And work on improving the culture. People are very disillusioned.
