I have been working at Crescent Hotels & Resorts full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Some of the people are okay

Cons

Only interested in the bottom line (i.e. spend as little money as possible)
Terrible pay
Lied to staff when they took over. They told us nothing would change, and they promptly fired the Rooms Division Manager, F & B Manager, and HR Director because they were being paid too much.
They complain when the lowest paid staff members get an extra hour of overtime.

Be honest when you say nothing will change

    Good benefits if you stick with Crescent for 2+years or salaried employee

    Cons

    No one wants to take responsibility when the ball is dropped
    Difficult to get recognized by management for performance
    No one wants to answer your questions-you feel like you're "bothering" people
