    I have been working at Crescent Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Everything has been great working for Crescent the DM has had my back when I had to go out of town he offered to overnight my check he was very good at making me feel secure. My pay is 11/hr but after 40 hrs i get 16.50/hr and we hit 40 hours after 2 days so my checks are 1900 for 2 weeks.

    Cons

    There are no cons, if you a hard worker everything will be fine for you. Wish the pay was weekly instead of bi weekly.

    Pros

    Provide decent insurance. If you are anxious to get out in the oil field, well, they hire anyone. However, start looking for a job after you get the hang of things.

    Cons

    Pay is slave wages. You work 70-80 hours a week and bring about 1300/bi-weekly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Compete. You have competition everywhere and y'all don't seem to care about name recognition. Put your employees ahead of profit. When I worked there I saw 15 employees come and go in 3 months. How is that good for business?
