Supervisors are very supportive and one feels a part of a family. Lots of opportunites to move up and transfer.

The salary is very low.

    -Benefits
    -Paid Time Off
    -Empowerment
    -Compensation is competitive with other hospitality management companies

    Cons

    -Lack of Career Development plans.
    -Opportunities for Advancement are scarce (possibly due to the lack of locations).
    -Company seems to lack the prospect of increasing the number owned and managed hotels.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase number of managed hotels. Set more clearly defined career development plans for all employees. Do a better job of keeping employees informed as to how the company plans to grow in the future.
