Current Employee – been working at Crestline Hotels & Resorts

Pros – Fun place to work, and management is very supportive. We have a good amount of teamwork in my department. Overall it has been a good experience

Cons – Pay could be better for what we do. Dealing with the guest can be stressful. Reservations is not always open so sometimes have to manage that and dealing with customers

Advice to Senior Management – Overall great leadership and feels good to be recognized for our hard work, but sometimes I wonder if some mangers remeber what it is like being at the front line.
