    Pros

    Fun place to work, and management is very supportive. We have a good amount of teamwork in my department. Overall it has been a good experience

    Cons

    Pay could be better for what we do. Dealing with the guest can be stressful. Reservations is not always open so sometimes have to manage that and dealing with customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Overall great leadership and feels good to be recognized for our hard work, but sometimes I wonder if some mangers remeber what it is like being at the front line.

    Lack of managerial presence
    Management has a lack of caring towards the company

    Allow employees to voice their ideas to improve job performance
    Reward employees when they have accomplished tasks
    Communicate effectively with each other so employees don't become confused
    Communicate important issues to all management so everyone understands what is going on
