Reduce silos. Retract IT monolith. Reduce VP count. Flatten structure. Get entrepreneurial

    *Easy Back Office Management

    *Lack of Communication-From Sr MGMT-Trickle Down Effect to Front Line MGMT
    *If they want to pay you a bonus they will, if not they will pay you what they want.
    *Poor Sales Tracking
    *Reactive-Not Proactive
    *Race/Sex Seems to play a role in hiring/firing/advancement
    *Lack of advancement or promotional opportunities
    *Poor Customer Focus

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in your people and invest in your customer base. We need more consumer focus. It is not acceptable to take a customers hard earned money and then not be willing to assist them when they need your help.

    Many gems lie in your current employee database-listen to them-especially your front line leaders. We work daily with our customers and we understand there needs and wants. How can you expect to generate new business when you don't listen or treat your current customers right?

    Pros

    Good work and life balance, nice coworkers, great HR department for organizing lots of employee, family, social and environmentally friendly events or activities.

    Cons

    Too many expensive consultants and too many travel expenses between SAN and DEN. Inefficient in large project/program planning and execution. Performance review and promotion process inconsistent and unfair.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Senior executives should see where the main costs incur and main issues are with the company, and stop/reduce political battles.
