    Pros

    Compelling offers to the customers. There is potential to improve the organization if the right leadership was in place. Equal Opportunity Employer. Very diverse in hiring. Involved in community relationships

    Cons

    Inconsistant lifespan of leadership. Little or no communication. Network and system outages. Poor organizational management. Everything is a last minute fire-drill. No internal promotions. Lack of positive support. Negative communication from leadership. Expectations of over-working, without being able to properly be paid for working overtime. Change of direction in a moments notice after planning a completely different way. Feedback falls on deaf ears

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen, instead of talking and degrading. Stop trying to grow and expand when you cannot clearly handle the business currently. Treat your employees with the respeKt that you claim to have for our customers. Create a positive work environment. Before launching new systems, test them completely before launching them and having them cause our teams to work backwards and focusing our time on fixing problems and apologizing again and again
