Pros

Cricket offers a great product at an affordable price. The service is an easy sell. The Cricket corporate people provide guidance and help with achieving your business goals.

Cons

On busy days, the Cricket servers would always crash, resulting in long lines and customer dissatisfaction. They might have fixed it by now, but it was always a point of contention when I worked there.

    Pros

    Good pay and health insurance

    Cons

The organization has become so toxic that I could only trust a handful of other people in the whole market. Our AVP addresses and vehemently denies rumors that he is leaving the company via a conference call with our team. 2 weeks later he announces he is resigning, making no mention of his statements 2 weeks earlier.
What is left is a market where there is dealer on top of dealer in every neighborhood. Dealers who just came into the market are planning on closing. Sales are at an all time low. These small business owners were promised so much, and now nobody is profitable.
The favoritism is obvious to who are brown noser's. You cannot speak the obvious without retaliation in some form. Hard workers and results are seldom recognized, only those who agree with the Director and echo his thoughts are put in the spotlight.
The Human Resource department is the worst I have ever seen in my working career. There is no support, coaching, or creating a balance. They follow the leader and are robots.
Just view the stock price over the last few years and take a look at the company's quarterly results that are available.
