    Pros

Has some really good people working for the company that know the business/market, and have been with the company for quite some time so they know and value the original Cricket culture, and bring their hard work and determination into the office on a daily basis.

    Cons

Cricket likes to act like they are "in-line" with the big guys (aka AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) when in actuality they have a LONG way to go! The value structure sounds appealing but the phones do not operate up to par and are full of glitches, the network is awful, and true customer service is hard to get. However, please note, this is not the result of all the employees of the business but the fault of those at the top. The company is entirely top heavy, expectations are set by the Directors, VP's and above with strict timelines that are unachievable with the understaffed workforce at the manager level and below who are providing feedback and screaming for help, but not given any sense of relief, only more pressured as though they are set up to fail.

In addition, Goals are never clear and sometimes are never released until mid-year. The processes and policies are chaotic, at the discretion of management, and can be interpreted differently or changed to support their own goal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and provide them more support, help to carry the load as so much pressure is put on the understaffed workforce below the Manager level. Work on moral and reward employees for the hard work they are putting into their job even when their work environment is so chaotic... go back to Cricket roots...
