I worked at Cricket Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some flexibility in work schedule in this position....as allowed by managers.

    Cons

Upper management ignored the field reps and were critical of the indirect dealers who have taken over the costs of providing Cricket locations to the market. Upper managers allowed a bullying mentality from lower lever managers and left the field team with out a voice or protection. Under the recent leadership some "team members" are lavished upon while others are ignored.

    Advice to Management

Bring in leaders who can help reach the goal of making Cricket one of the 100 Best Places to Work. It will translate into the customer service and sales you are looking for at the door level.
