    Pros

Decent pay, good work environment, good people, smart environment. Recent exodus of talent has left a dire need for talent in many technical roles. Great place to get telecom experience or prove your talents if you're young and cannot demand higher pay. Could be good stepping stone.

    Cons

Lackluster bonuses, outsourcing of employees (engineers and programmers) domestically, bad management at the top has chased much of the talent out, management is invisible at times, hard decisions not being made - feels like company is being primed for discount sale. Will likely be all MVNO in 5 years. Don't count on any newly obtained jobs lasting more than 3-4 years.

    Advice to Management

Remove Strictland. Move production to Colorado. Don't charge extra for taking CC's at the stores. Give customers multi-month discounts for per-purchasing service.

    Pros

It is easy to sell the products since they are affordable, with a good pay and comfortable work space.

    Cons

Sales goals (objective product) would sometimes be changed halfway done with the month. Or company would sometimes mess up our commission pay.
