Pros

great benefits and good pay.

Cons

too much disrespect among employees and senior management really doesn't know how to run the company. The customer base treats all of the representatives like garbage, it's sad.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

managers should really involve themselves with the front line employees to understand what they go through every day and appreciate their tenured employees.

    Pros

Great benefits and pay! Some pretty awesome people in the Indirect Channel.

    Cons

You are always looking behind you because they fire people every day for no reason. They keep non-productive people like HR and Market managers and get rid of field people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that the "good ole boy" network doesn't work. That is why you have lots millions of dollars thru the years. Quit screwing over dealers. They are leaving by the droves.

    Pros

Great office location. Nice new building.

    Cons

Management bites off more than the staff can chew. It was not a big deal to management that staff members worked 55 to 60 hours a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be realistic, even if you're in a competitive market where things change rapidly.
