Pros

great benefits and good pay.

Cons

too much disrespect among employees and senior management really doesn't know how to run the company. The customer base treats all of the representatives like garbage, it's sad.

Advice to Management

managers should really involve themselves with the front line employees to understand what they go through every day and appreciate their tenured employees.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule and able to work outside of an office. Relationship you will build with dealers

    Cons

    Only get paid for working 40 hours because it is an hourly position, but end up over over 40 hours.. When entering overtime told not too and to manage our time better.

    Advice to Management

    Wouldn't listen

    Pros

    Cricket provides United States customers of the Cellular Services industry with a benchmark for pricing services that have reduced cost of overall services for all.

    Cons

    Industry rumors, who is buying, who is merging. Public impressions of phone companies spying on their customers. Long term growth potential in a staturated market makes it hard for all cellular service companies to grow.

    Advice to Management

    Stay as open as posible.
