    Pros

    - Great starting salary
    - decent benefits for part-time sales, great for full-time
    - great way to get your foot in the door for the wireless retail field
    - decent with meeting schedule needs
    - lots of opportunity for minorities
-** AT&t is planning to acquire Cricket which will open many possibilities

    Cons

    - some of the people you will work with and customers are a pain but this comes with the field
    - their recruitment process takes a long time about 3 weeks to a month
    - learning their system takes practice
    - relies heavily on the market you enter and depending on your location
    - dealers give the brand a bad name

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Depending on which type of store (could be corporate or a independent dealer) will cary in this category, corporate stores are awesome and managers are really nice and understanding and work with you.
