I have been working at Cricket Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

The pay is great. They offer benefits and you meet interesting people daily.

Cons

Management is horrible. HR is given way too much power and meddles. Too much politics. Perception is everything to them. You are not rated on what you do but what is said about you by others.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on your front line employees. They are the bread and butter of the business.

I have been working at Cricket Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The people, the pay, and the benefits are well worth it.

    Cons

Forced initiatives that are built up as game changers but in reality are only busy work. The company doesn't put to use its greatest assets ....(the front line people that interact with the customers on a daily basis). Forcing customers into things they don't really won't or need is not a recipe for long term success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can make this a company where people want to be there, not feel like they have to be there. We are in a competitive business don't be afraid to listen to those that can help us win.
Remember the attitude of the company and the employees is a direct reflection of the leadership they follow.
