I have been working at Cricket Wireless full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great pay, Call Center Lead, focus on retention. This was a job in which I was able to give the agents the direction in which they were to go and they were self sustained in getting there.

Cons

Small group in my department meant that we could not have the impact that we were striving for.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If we have a tool that can impact your companies bottom line, then we should look to try to utilze them and constant feedback in how well we are doing.

    Silo mentality, lack of organizational communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The vision of a centralized model has not improved cross communication and will ultimately be counter productive to driving an agile organization in the competetive, fast paced market of prepaid wireless.

    Pros

    Good work-life balance and ability to grow with the employees and customers. Company values its employees as much as its customers.

    Cons

    Sales employees are paid bonuses when they should be commission to align with more sales organizations. More flexibility in time off requests but it is retail so it's expected.
