    Pros

25% off plans. They claim there is room to move up.

    Cons

They want you to bend over backwards for minimum wage. I will not be here long.

No longer a good company to work for

I worked at Cricket Wireless full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Up until we were bought out by AIO/AT&T, it was a good company to work for. There was a great work/life balance.

    Cons

The only "option" to retain employment is to transfer to Atlanta. Legacy AIO employees very territorial and rude. They don't really care about all the work we poured into the company. They don't seem to know what they are doing and they don't really seem to care to learn from those who have been doing it for over 15 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect seems to be severely lacking in a lot of areas. Respect for everything we've done, respect as human beings. Pass along to the current AIO/AT&T folks that those left with "Legacy Cricket" are equals. This is 2014. If you want to retain talent and knowledge, you shouldn't be afraid to let people telecommute.
