I have been working at CrimsonLogic as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Good Working environment and decent remuneration. Good Project lead and a technically challenging project. Located in a very serene atmosphere close to NUS in science park. Convenient transportation facilities.

Cons

Long working hours, inconsiderate Senior Management. Work Life balance is absolutely out of place and loaded with work all the time. They expect to get as much as they can out of an employee.

Be more considerate towards employees

    Pros

    Hands-on senior management team who makes effort to make the company a greater to work in.
    Nice and friendly colleagues

    Cons

    many teams are understaff
    doesnt not practice work from home and flexi-work arrangement
    Many internal policies which slows down decision making and project implementation
    Do not seem to practise talent retention

    Let go of managers who can't lead and set up competitive retention scheme to retain the good ones.
