Great learning experience

ProsYou work here for the excitement to be connected with brands that are intertwined with pop culture - CP+B contributes directly to pop culture and it's pretty exciting to be around. There are very smart people that work here, and you can learn a lot if you ask the right questions and always try to contribute. CP+B is a very pave-your-own-way agency, and things will not just happen for you - you have to go after them. They allow dogs in the workplace, so it's fun to see a furry face once in awhile.

ConsCertain departments see VERY long hours, and sometimes they work around the clock. But that's advertising, and since some of the work changes on a weekly basis or is updated with the newest happenings in the world, it's natural that late nights will occur. It's pretty clique-y, which is okay if you're one of the cool kids, but can be frustrating if you just want to do a good job and go home.

Advice to Senior ManagementPretty good job making the overall vision of the agency's future clear to all, but not as obvious (and also not touched upon often) is how each individual department will continue to contribute to that overall goal.
