“Politics”
I have been working at Criteo full-time
Pros – It's a great place, great technology. Some exceedingly bright people. But probably highly underpaid.
Cons – There'es a ton of tension between Europe and US and a lot of unhappy people. Not a meritocracy at all, and compensation plans are capped at 200%!!!!
Advice to Senior Management – Change your comp plans. And get everybody on the same page.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
