Pros

- Great reference for future employers. This company always seems to ring a bell for people and is a great talking point

Cons

- there was not much discussion as to where else I could continue in the company as the divisions were not running cohesively with each other

No opinion of CEO

    Pros

It has a very relaxed work environment

    Cons

Supply Chain department seems to have no vision or good leadership which has been the root cause for lot of issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the leadership of supply chain area. Just having software will not help, it needs people with vision and strategy.

    Pros

Monthly bonus, tons of PTO and sick time.

    Cons

As a manager you are required to use your personal cell phone for all work calls. You MUST answer your phone at all times. You are treated like a slave from upper manager and they make you feel worthless. The DM's never answer their phones, emails or offer help. When they visit they scream at you and tell you everything you are doing wrong and never offer to assist in any way. The staff is paid very low and you are required to meet unattainable goals. There is no room for advancement in the company, once you become an MIT you will be stuck in that position till you leave. There are currently no General Managers in my area and the highest level of management are two MIT's both who have been told they are not fit to have the title store manager because the company wont pay. The DM only looks out for what will make the DM bonus and will treat you like a slave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Clean house and start fresh.
