I worked at Crocs

Pros

Quantitative analysis is key to convincing management why anything should change. Totally casual attire and the cafeteria in the Niwot offices is very nice.

Cons

You are micromanaged to a certain extent.

I worked at Crocs as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Very friendly people and fun atmosphere. Location of the global headquarters was phenomenal. Manager was very kind and informative.

    Cons

The internship was completely unpaid, and I still had to pay for a pair of Crocs to wear at work... which was obviously required.
