8) The M3 method is unproven and a time suck

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a break from looking out for yourselves and your compensation. Instead, focus those efforts on investing in the right employees and building up smart people instead of just promoting those that are busy playing politics.

I have been working at Crocs full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

-Free on-campus gym (treadmills, free weights, ellipticals etc.. even free workout classes during the day)
-50% off everything they make plus $50/quarter toward shoes
-9/80 program (work 80 hrs in 9 days and get 10th day off)
    -Discounted, catered meals each day

    Cons

There is currently a lot of frequent turnover in the upper management. For a company that believes in bringing fun, color, and innovation to the world's feet there sure isn't much color around the majority of the building interior. Most work places are decorated in muted greys and whites. The office spaces could be more fun and colorful for sure.
