    Pros

Free plastic shoes and casual dress code
    Decent location in Tokyo
    Cool people

    Cons

Worrible management and no support from corporate.
Even with all the new products that are available, people still think of sandals with shoes on it, when they hear Crocs
Sales team is a joke. They consist of college dropouts that never really experieced a real company
Blaming people is the culture here. Everyone is too scared to take responsibility so always pointing fingers
    HR doesn't even exist.
Company is run by fear and intimidation.
    No clear strategy

    Pros

None. I really can't think of any.

    Cons

Zero hour contracts. No training. They think they are above the law I.e sacking people on the spot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If anyone is reading this I would really take a good hard look at how your stores are being run and who is running them. Listen to the people on the sales floor more. At the end of the day it's us who put money into the till and we get treated like dirt. I would beg anyone thinking of taking a job at Crocs to really re-think it. You would be better off on the dole.
