Pros

Amazing group of people committed to building a firm based upon a core set of values and the best people in the market. Most people here have worked together at other companies and have been reunited at CrossCountry due to the caliber of the people and the inclusive, entreprenurial spirit of the company.

Cons

Still building their infrastructure to be on par with more mature companies but they are making significant investments and moving quickly. Working on balance between solutions based work and more long-term project work.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

    Pros

The partners are nice, the directors are not, and most of the projects they sell are more suitable for contractors or loan staff then actual consulting. Their only consulting gig is with Freddie Mac. On paper they have great values.

    Cons

Very cliquey and they will under- reward and under-promote you if you let them get away with it. Their directors ( and MD's) really don't care about their people. The types of projects they have are not challenging.

    Pros

    1. Opportunity - CrossCountry provides you the opportunity for growth - career, personal, and financial. Work with high profile clients.
    2. Career Development - From the moment you walk in the door you are coached, mentored and challenged. CrossCountry invests in you. They want you to acquire new skills to drive your career and further CrossCountry growth.
    3. Culture - No Bureaucracy. You feel appreciated, recognized, and valued every single day. Incredible culture with so many talented, energetic, driven individuals.
    4. Management - Values your feedback, listens, and improves based on suggestions. Just increased vacation time due to employee feedback!
    5. Work life balance is fantastic

    Cons

It's a dynamic environment and you must be able to adapt to change quickly as projects change.

    Advice to Management

Continue to grow the company without losing the culture.
