Crowe is truly an amazing culture. Although not everyone or every business unit is perfect, the people are great to work. They are geniune and talented. Every day I learn something from someone and every day I get to share knowledge with someone else. I've been able to expand my skills through new experiences and have been able to allow for my staff to gain new skills through projects I delegate. Crowe also an amazing unique approach to their diversity initiatives through inclusion. The firm lives its values to the fullest.

At times it can be more work than there are people to support.
