A good place to start

Membership Advisor (Former Employee)
New York, NY

I worked at Crunch Fitness part-time for more than a year

ProsThe environment is great (cool music, bright colors keep you stimulated), and the clientele is usually pretty nice. Free gym Membership.

ConsGiven the nature of how they've been doing financially, it makes sense that they don't pay as well as they should. It's also gotten more and more micromanaged/corporate.

Advice to Senior ManagementReally give employees to do what they're good at it, and offer comprehensive training so you won't have to feel like someone is breathing down your neck at all times.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
