I worked at Cubic full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Employees which have been with the company a long time are kept on during layoffs or down turns.

Cons

Buildings are old and lighting, air conditioning, daylight views are very poor. Much of the new work seems to be going to the maquiladora in Tijauana.

Now that the company leader has passed on, please provide a clear and public message about the future of this company.

    Great benefits, Friendly atmosphere to work in

    Cons

    Business is contract based. No contracts=no work. Not much opportunity for growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more open to advice from lower level employees such as assemblers. They know the product inside and out.This may help to better know how to advertise the product.
