I worked at Cudd Pressure Control full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My immediate supervisors were great, I met a lot of new people and saw a lot of new places. They have decent benefits program and the potential to make a lot of money because of the amount of overtime available.

    Cons

Spend way too much time away from home, your job becomes your life. My worst day at work was over 60 hours and yes I did say day! When you go to a job site you are never quite sure when you will get to leave if something goes wrong the possibility of being there for days is very real.

    Advice to Management

Start paying attention to the people who work in the trenches they are what really makes or breaks the company.
