I have been working at Cudd Pressure Control full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great training ground for people new to oil and gas

    Cons

Disorganized, disjointed leadership that does not communicate with each other.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Determine if Cudd is one big company or a bunch of little companies under the same name. Without a defined organizational structure the employees are confused.
