Pros

Only if you are desperate for income.

Cons

They are cheap, management is incompetent, bottom line is more important than quality of food.

    It is a very disorganized company where food quality is last thing on there mind compared to dollar.

    I have been working at CulinArt

    Pros

    They give you plenty of time off, if you have enough money to withstand the free time go see the world. If not, most likely gonna need a second job.

    Cons

    Lack of raises in the company, and job promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    All should retire because they are all from the age of the good old boy era. A lot of nepotism
