Pros

Very productive program that helps students well into the professional world. World-Class chefs as well. Best culinary school in America.

Cons

No food science program. This is an up and coming program that should be accounted for. Nothing much else to complain about.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Commence with a food science program for the bachelors degree. Also, offer more one on one time with chefs to students.
