    I worked at Culinary Institute

    Pros

The Benefits are outstanding, feeling of pride working along side such dedicated and wonderful students. Most people are quite nice to work with.

    Cons

Back stabbing attitude, at least in my division. Some Mgmt useless and not professional. Too many chiefs and not enough indians.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Weed out the useless managment that make good money but drag everything down by their lack of intellegence and knowledge.

I worked at Culinary Institute as a contractor for more than 5 years

    Pros

The building is full of talented people, not just chefs.

    Cons

The policies are set from a remote location and don't always reflect site-specific needs.
