    I worked at Culinary Institute

    Pros

Amazing co-workers and great networking environment

    Cons

Pay rate was on the low end. I moved from a position with little responsibilities to a position that almost tripled my responsibilities and had the same pay rate. In fact, the only reason why I made the pay rate that I did was because I had been there for seven years. A new person in my position would have made significantly less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To attract more or keep more, skilled and educated workers the pay should be competitive
