I have been working at Culligan full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

New manager actually listens to employees, follows through on promises and seems to genuinely care about the employees and the business, not just herself.

    Cons

Former manager brought morale to the lowest point of any place I have ever worked. There are some really rocky roads ahead but we are leaving them behind and focusing on the future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more hands on with your GMs in the field. LISTEN to their subordinates and don't blow us off as grumpy, uncooperative employees. WE know what's really happening in our offices. Ask US how things are going and make sure we can trust you to believe us enough to check things out.

SR Management out of touch with workforce

I have been working at Culligan

    Pros

Good benefits, time off, discounts on products

    Cons

Disconnect with operations and sales that constantly created animosity and anger between departments. No training from upper management as they are all from a different industry and are clueless on water filtration and how different areas contribute to water quality. Arrogant SR Management who talk out of both sides of their mouth.
