Pros

Get mature, met different people and learn to be tolerant.

Cons

Be so easy and flexible can looks like you are weak, believe in people and give the benefit of the doubt is not always the best way to meet people.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should be sure about what expectations you are offering because be apart of your environment
and your social group let you expose to mean and damage people, so be sure you are not putting wolfs into lambs or a lamb into wolfs.

I worked at Cultural Care Au Pair full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I could study, work, and live abroad, another culture! It was fantastic!

    Cons

Host families are powerfull! It doesn't matter how right you are: they always win! CC never wants to know that you overworking, you are actually the new mom cuz parents are never at home. But if host families complains once, YOU ARE OUT! Rematch!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure the LCC are in touch with families and au pairs! They are so... absent! And also make sure both sides will keep the contract the best way is possible
