Pros

Better place to work.
Proffessional and multi national company.
Opportunity for learning for beginers, perticularly mechanical engineering candidates.
Enough benefits.

Cons

As it is a well established company, many of the things are standerdised so lesser oportunity for design engineers to show up their creative work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

While taking out work from the engineers and employees, should consider the career growth of him / her. Look for one's expertise and interest.

    1. Leaders in Indian market.
    2. Respect for each other.
    3. High level of integrity
    4. Opportunities to take more responsibilities

    Cons

    1. Pay package is low as compared to other industries.
    2. Salary only has fixed component. No variables. They have concept of BTE (Benifit to Employee) rather than CTC so difficult to explain to other employers while making switch over.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Provide More opportunities for young entrats
    2. While recruiting managers in core managerial functions like Sales Manager look for management skills rather than appointing engineer.
    3.Its frustrating for a B.Tech/ MBA to work with Diploma holders as peers and bosses for long time.
