I have been working at Cummins

    Pros

    Flexibility
    Annual bonus
    Stable company
    401K/Pension plan
Cummins gives you money for your HSA account every year to cover medical/dental expenses
Diversity is a foundation of the company
    Promotional opportunities are abundant
    Strong Six Sigma program

    Cons

    No vision plan
    High deductible medical plan
    No sick time
Lack of diversity at the top management level. Company is migrating away from Tim Solso and Irvin Millers diversity philisophy at top management level. Top leadership should be diverse like the rest of the company.
