I worked at Cunningham Lindsey

Pros

Computer System easy to use. Great Break Room.

Cons

Working the end of the month and expected to work until 12am the next day and expected to be at work at 7am the next morning. Was told we would get time off for this and did not receive unless employees asked for the time. No thanks other than email saying thanks. Based on hours feel it was not adequate thank you.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to be more clear on what comp time means. Allow employees time off at the end of the month occasionly so employees don't work majority of holidays without compensation.

I have been working at Cunningham Lindsey full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers up to senior management level. Promotional opportunity within service centres. Fair benefits.

    Cons

Long hours with most roles. Jobs for the boys at the top end. Salaries are very poor unless you are in a favoured position that makes the company money. High turnover of staff, of which the majority do not feel financially rewarded. Management have adopted a culture of 'if you don't like it, leave', choosing to ignore how much it actually costs to replace them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communications to the business and listen to those on the coal face. Pay reasonable and fair wages to maintain good staff. Invest in loyal workers.

I worked at Cunningham Lindsey full-time

    Pros

It pays the bills (just), reasonable company cars

    Cons

When you join this company, you give up any sort of normal life. Excessive driving and very unreasonable working hours (with no overtime). Totally unappreciated by management who tell staff that they should leave if they don't like it. Little or no opportunity for promotion. Youre just part of a money making production line.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None to give as they wouldnt listen anyway. They have some very loyal and hardworking staff who are totally exploited and consequently are totally miserable and don't care about their work.
